I am a BACP accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I am passionate about supporting people in exploring who they really are, rather than who they have been told to be. I work with clients on their ability to listen to and trust their own feelings in order to improve how they feel about themselves and their life.
I offer a supportive, safe, non-judgemental space within the therapeutic relationship and hope together we can work towards resolving issues that you have brought. I believe that everyone is unique and I tailor the way I work to each individual in order to provide a therapy that suits you and your needs. You may have an idea of how you would like to approach the issues in your therapy and we can discuss these when we first meet.
I have been working as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist for over 9 years, with over 6 years in private practice, with a range a clients working on different issues. I have worked for several charities in and around Leicester, working with diverse client groups. I also have over 10 years work experience in a business setting, in a technical role, so I am familiar with the challenges and opportunities that businesses can bring to an individual.
I am registered with AXA PPP and BUPA and take referrals through those insurance routes. I also take referrals from EAP providers.
